Restorative yoga for healing

Restorative Yoga is a practice that combines the use of props to help with stretching, breathing, and relaxation. Restorative Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit.  Get ready to feel great!
