This class is a gentle, restorative class, designed for healing, stress reduction, to produce and enhance calm and balance in our bodies. Subtle and complex, even though it is a gentle class, students learn to become more familiar with their bodies. We learn how to take things slow and respect our limits. Go farther when we can, take it easy when the body says to. Each student is encouraged to go at their own pace, take their time and listen to wisdom within.

A little bit of everything, that's what this class is. Nothing crazy, just basic yoga poses and stretches, done with or without props, practice balance and core strengthening exercises, work on posture, stability, and some PT exercises and pilates to round it all out. This class is a bit stronger than the Sunday Chocolate Yoga class, but accessible to all. If you have injuries, or are recovering, we encourage you to come and try this class, as it's highly adaptive. The main goal is to respect the body, and love our limitations. They are sometimes our best teachers.
