This class is a gentle, restorative class, designed for healing, stress reduction, to produce and enhance calm and balance in our bodies.  Subtle and complex, even though it is a gentle class, it takes a person who is familiar with their body and knows how to take things slow and respect their limits. Each student is encouraged to go at their own pace, take their time and listen to wisdom within. 

Balance and Basics​  Wednesday's Noon-1:30pm, www.radyoga.com

A little bit of everything, that's what this class is.  Nothing crazy, just basic yoga poses and stretches, done with or without props, practice balance and core strengthening exercises, work on posture, stability, and some PT exercises to round it all out.  If you have injuries, or are recovering, we encourage you to come and try this class, as it's highly adaptive.  The main goal is to respect the body and all its beauty and love our limitations. They are sometimes our best teachers.
